The advantages of our plain‑weave T/C 50/50 blended fabric: plenty of interlacing points form a sturdy fabric structure, bringing nice scratch resistance and neat smooth surface. The fabric shows identical appearance on front and reverse sides. Configured with 40S×40S yarn count and 200TC density, this 50% cotton 50% polyester fabric achieves a great balance of soft touch and long‑lasting durability. It stands up well to repeated industrial washing with reliable abrasion performance, while maintaining decent moisture transfer and air permeability, highly suitable for bulk hotel bedding manufacturing.
