Manufacturing
From yarn to inspected hotel fabric.
The supplied workshop footage shows the actual sequence behind our hospitality fabric program: weaving, bleaching or dyeing, finishing and quality review.

Controlled stages
Each operation prepares the cloth for the next.
Weaving
Yarn is prepared and woven into greige fabric using air-jet, dobby or jacquard routes according to the construction. This stage defines density, pattern and the base character of the cloth.
Bleaching & dyeing
White hotel fabric is prepared for a clean, consistent appearance; dyed constructions follow the approved colour route. Process choice depends on yarn, shade and end use.
Finishing
Washing, heat-setting, calendaring, sanforizing or other selected treatments tune hand feel, appearance, shrinkage and durability before cutting or shipment.
Inspection
Fabric is reviewed for surface consistency, defects and specification compliance. Testing documentation can be arranged for colour fastness, shrinkage and other agreed performance items.
Fabric program
Construction choices for different hotel standards.
Plain weave
Clean, durable and practical for broad hotel and project use.
Sateen stripe
A familiar hospitality finish with subtle woven line definition.
Cotton sateen
A smooth face and refined hand feel for higher-grade programs.
Jacquard
Woven motifs and custom pattern development for distinctive projects.
T200–T1000
Program selection is matched to yarn, width, weight and performance targets.
Finished linen
Approved fabric can move into sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and sets.
