What type of factory is XHS Textile, and what do you make?
We are a Nantong textile manufacturer focused on hotel-grade fabric and the finished linen made from it. The core range includes plain, sateen stripe, cotton sateen and jacquard fabrics across T200, T250, T300, T400 and higher thread-count programs up to T1000, subject to yarn and specification. Approved fabrics can be converted into bedding sets, sheets and pillowcases; towels, bathrobes, pillows and protectors are available as supporting categories.
Do you support OEM and ODM development?
Yes. Development can cover reference-sample matching, weave or pattern selection, embroidery, printing, fabric weight, finished size, project packing and private-label requirements. Final feasibility depends on construction, quantity and production route.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by fabric construction, width, finishing route and whether the material is available from stock. Fabric orders are normally confirmed by roll or production lot. Finished linen MOQ depends on size, workmanship and packaging. Send the target specification for a precise answer.
Can I receive colour cards or swatches first?
Yes. Available colour cards or fabric swatches can be arranged before bulk production. Courier cost and any development charge are confirmed in advance.
How long is the production lead time?
A typical repeat or standard order is approximately 15–25 days after deposit and final approval. Fabric greige orders, custom dyeing, special weaving and peak-season schedules are confirmed separately.
How are orders packed and shipped?
Fabric is usually packed by roll with protective wrapping. Finished linen can use export cartons, inner bags, labels and project-specific packing. The export team coordinates booking, documents and shipment status according to the agreed trade terms.
Can fabric testing reports be provided?
Testing documentation can be arranged according to the project, including colour fastness, shrinkage and other agreed performance items. Certification or third-party testing availability must be confirmed for the exact material and production lot.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Fabric and finished-product samples can be arranged. Sample and courier costs are confirmed before dispatch; agreed sample charges may be credited against a later bulk order where applicable.
